This is a magical way to see lovely animals and enjoy the beautiful nature around Khao Lak. A calm, relaxing ride on a bamboo raft poled by a local boatman will take you on board to enjoy the beautiful rainforest. Visit a Sea Turtle Conservation Center to learn more about turtles and how this project saves and help increase the number of sea turtles in the region.
Visit Sai Rung (Rainbow) Waterfall. This is the most immediately accessible waterfall to Khao Lak and is situated just north of Bang Niang. This beautiful waterfall cascades from a ledge in the tropical rainforest over 20 meters above into a lagoon connected to a crystal clear stream. Surrounded by lush vegetation and refreshingly clean air, the area around the falls also hosts an abundance of local wildlife.
