This is a magical way to see lovely animals and enjoy the beautiful nature around Khao Lak. A calm, relaxing ride on a bamboo raft poled by a local boatman will take you on board to enjoy the beautiful rainforest. Visit Sai Rung (Rainbow) Waterfall. This is the most immediately accessible waterfall to Khao Lak and is situated just north of Bang Niang. This beautiful waterfall cascades from a ledge in the tropical rainforest over 20 meters above into a lagoon connected to a crystal clear stream. Surrounded by lush vegetation and refreshingly clean air, the area around the falls also hosts an abundance of local wildlife.

Depart Khao Lak for a friendly elephant camp and spend some time with the gentle giants, bathing and feeding them.
Continue the 5-hour tour with a visit to Sai Rung Waterfall or Ton Pling waterfall, the rainbow falls, and enjoy some refreshments. The waterfall cascades 20 meters from a ledge in the tropical rainforest into a lagoon. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the area around the falls also hosts an abundance of local wildlife.
Hop on a bamboo raft poled by a local boatman and float along the river for a calm and relaxing ride through the rainforest.

Phang Nga is one of Thailand’s southern provinces and is located directly to the north of Phuket. To the West of Phang Nga lies the Andaman Sea and to the South Phang Nga Bay. Both areas boast a variety of popular activities and tours, all easily accessible from Khao Lak such as the Similan Islands and James Bond Island.
Khao Lak is probably Phang Nga’s most will known town. Khao Lak lies within Takua Pa District which in turn falls under the provincial jurisdiction of Phang Nga. There are five famous National Parks within Phang Nga Province, Ao Phang Nga (Phang Nga Bay) National Park, Mu Ko Similan National Park, Mu Ko Surin National Park, Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park and Khao Lampi–Hat Thai Mueang National Park.
